Email the BoE for changes to the Career Ladder
TAAAC members made it clear when the first Career Ladder was presented that you were unhappy with two key areas. Your voice has made a huge difference in advocating for substantial improvements. Phone bank to help member turnout for your upcoming town hall
Looking for an action to take that will help us get closer to a fully funded budget? Call your colleagues to ask them to show up to the budget hearing! The more union members and community allies in the room, the more pressure we can put on our elected officials.

Join the Anne Arundel Education Unions (TAAAC, SAAAAC, AFSCME, and AEL) for a night of advocacy. We'll hear from each union and educators directly about the importance of full funding for the AACPS budget, and increasing revenue for future years.
