TAAAC Staff
The UniServ Director (UD) processes formal grievances, provides counsel, advice and representation to individuals and members in the local affiliates. This position is responsible for assisting affiliates with the negotiations and enforcement of the collective bargaining agreement, representation at board of education and other public meetings, and assisting individual members with problems related to working conditions in the county for which they are assigned.
