July 25-27
Summer Leadership Conference
Attendees will learn the skills they need to become strong union leaders through our core trainings. We’re going hard for the endorsement—by every local union— of the Education Support Professional Bill of Rights. We’ll do that through role plays and case studies, T(Ed) Talks, electives, and our annual solidarity action.
August 7 & 14
Practicing Self-Compassion Graduate Course
This course is offered by MSEA’s Center for Education Policy and Practice in conjunction with Trinity Washington College for one graduate credit that can be applied to recertification in most jurisdictions. The course is primarily self-paced and virtual asynchronous with two virtual synchronous sessions (1.5 hours each) Participants will access the course through MSEA’s new Professional Learning Portal and will pay the Trinity Washington College per credit rate (Generally lower than most school system’s tuition reimbursement rate). Granting of credit is contingent on participants completing all requirements with at least a grade of “B”.

National Board Certification Jump Start
MSEA is here to help you with your National Board Certification endeavors. Join us for our National Board Certification Jump Start webinar on August 9-11. There will be opportunities to collaborate with educators in a supportive, constructive, and collegial environment. This training is for National Board candidates enrolled in the NBPTS process.
