- Health and Safety: improved working environments as well as improvements to procedures, trainings, and staffing to manage student behaviors

- Time and Resources: improvements to Canvas, complete curriculum, sufficient instructional resources, and protected work time
Wear your TAAAC T-Shirt on Tuesdays
On December 16, members at 29 schools wore their TAAAC Tshirts ahead of Dr. Bedell's Budget Announcement! Continue to show your solidarity by wearing your shirt every Tuesday!
Attend or Testify at the Board of Education Budget Hearings
Whether you show up in your blue TAAAC Tshirt or give a two-minute speech about your priorities, your presence at the January 6 Board of Education Budget Hearing at Severn Run High will show the Board of Education that you care about fully funding your school and receiving the wages and working conditions you deserve.
Take the Job Satisfaction Survey
Launching in January, TAAAC will conduct a job satisfaction survey for members throughout the county to collect data on your school climate. This data will be anonymized and publicly available in early April. Stay tuned for an email from Kristina Korona!
