I’m at the NEA Summit this week with other TAAAC leaders and educators from around the country to learn about new ways we can support our students and peers in and out of the classroom.
I’ll be back in Anne Arundel tomorrow to speak out against the rise in violence in our schools at the BOE meeting. Last week, our schools, students, and peers were time after time subjected to lockdowns because of threats of violence. Students with weapons, fights, and other safety issues have increased. We need more resources to keep our students safe. Click the link to RSVP to attend tomorrow– you’ll get a new TAAAC t-shirt too!
