The FHLB announced a $5,000 increase in both their First-time Homebuyers and Community Partners Programs! Funds are available starting February 21st, 2023, and will be provided to qualified buyers on a first come, first serve basis!
Additionally, the Mortgage Assistance Program (MAP) is designed for first-time homebuyers needing assistance with down payment and closing costs associated with the purchase of a home in Anne Arundel County. Depending on your household income, this program can provide up to $40,000 in assistance (restrictions apply).
