Educators began to receive letters from AACPS listing their eligibility for wage enhancements from the Blueprint last month, leaving a majority of educators out. Too often, our community does not know what role many educators play in instructing our students, and creating the world-class public education system our students deserve. They need to #KnowtheRole of school counselors, literacy teachers, PPWs, and other essential educators who keep our schools running, and pay them equitably!
