TAAAC is hiring part-time member organizers to build community and increase power amongst members. During the spring, you will receive training on ways to accomplish the two primary goals of:
- recruiting new members, and
- building leadership capacity with existing members.
The best tool(s) to meet these goals are one-on-one conversations — member to member.
The program will run from January through May. The Grant(s) funding this program budgets $30 per hour for each organizer position.
