The Representative Assembly voted to accept the proposed agreement on salaries and wages at the September 12 meeting.
This would include:
- a 2.1941% COLA across the board increase.
- a one step increase for eligible Unit 1 employees, effective January 2, 2019 for 12 month employees and February 13, 2019 for 10 month employees.
- an increase in extra instructional hourly pay from $25 to $30 beginning on July 1, 2019.
The agreement now goes before the Board of Education for final ratification.
