On behalf of our over 6,000 members, we would like to thank the County Executive, the County Council, and the Board of Education. Their recent budgetary actions prove that they believe Anne Arundel County Schools and their employees matter.
Together, we’ve had to navigate a frustrating and demanding period for our schools, our students, and the broader community. Our aim has been and will always be to offer a world class public education and to handle what challenges may lay ahead.
The recent budget decisions have better equipped us to that aim. We collectively stand ready to partner with you toward protecting the best interests of our students and their families.
